Ultra Otef Gaza Run 2026

This point-to-point ultra starts at Andartat HaPlada and crosses the western Negev on dirt roads and field tracks before finishing on Zikim beach. The route links communities, memorial sites and open agricultural landscapes across Hevel Shalom, Habesor, Sha'ar HaNegev and the southern Ashkelon coast, giving the race a distinctly regional character. Although much of the terrain is runnable rather than mountainous, the long day, exposed off-road running, navigation demands and late finish make it a serious endurance test.
