Tahqua 2026

New in 2026, the 50K is an out-and-back of the 25K course. It begins on the Tahqua Trail west of Whitefish Bay near eastern Lake Superior, follows a dirt forest road along the Tahquamenon River, joins the North Country Trail through spruce swale, pine ridges, bogs, jack pine savannah, and passes Camp 10 and Water Tank lakes before reaching Lower Tahquamenon Falls. The return uses the Lower Falls trails and River Trail along the Tahquamenon River to finish near Upper Falls.
