Technical 50 km skyrun starting on Orr Street in Queenstown. The route climbs directly toward Mt Owen, traverses via North Owen on MTB trails and steep ridgelines, drops to the valley floor, follows the historic Lyell-Comstock rail formation, climbs a steep old seismic line to a mine lookout, traverses the ridge past Mt Lyell, descends to Chamouni, then passes Pioneer Cemetery, Gormanston, Horsetail Falls, Iron Blow Lookout, Miners Siding and returns to the finish in Queenstown.
