DMR Challenge 2027

Dimona, Israel, 19 February 2027

This course runs from the Dimona Lake and Ben Gurion Park area through Nahal Dimona, toward Har Sharaf and Nahal Ashalon, with long desert sections, exposed ridgelines and a dramatic finish back at the lake. It is aimed at experienced trail runners, with steep climbing, technical descents, rocky jeep tracks and stretches where the organiser says some runners may need to switch to hiking. The race is part of a long-standing desert trail event in Dimona that showcases the Negev landscape and has become a recurring fixture on the local trail calendar.
