Copenhagen Half Marathon 2026

This urban half marathon runs on wide, traffic-free roads through central Copenhagen with big crowds and frequent entertainment along the route. The organiser presents it as a very fast, flat course that passes some of the city’s best-known streets and waterfront settings, and it is the same route used for recent editions that drew nearly 30,000 runners. In 2026 the half marathon is part of the World Athletics Road Running Championships, giving mass runners the chance to race on the championship course alongside the event’s festival atmosphere.
