This stage starts and finishes in the fishing village of Sali on the edge of Telašćica Nature Park and follows Adriatic coastal trails with open views toward the Kornati islands. A loop around Lake Mir adds one of Dugi Otok’s best-known landmarks to the route. It is aimed at intermediate and experienced runners, with varied island terrain but no technically demanding or exposed sections.

Middle stage on Dugi Otok starting and finishing in Sali, following Adriatic coastal trails with Mediterranean terrain, pine trees, rocky paths, and climbs to open viewpoints over the Kornati Islands and the sea.
